Drafting your pattern
Each shirt is tailored based on your personal measurements and requirements. 14 to 16 measurements will be taken from the Customer to ensure a perfect fit. Our master pattern cutters have an in depth knowledge of the human form and various body sizes. This skill allows us to make any necessary adjustments to ensure your Deep Ivory shirt will be the most comfortable you own.
Hand tailoring
At this stage the selected fabrics are pulled and each shirt is hand tailored with meticulous attention to detail.
Our master tailors have had decades of experience in garment construction and know the quality that a Deep Ivory customer demands.
Archiving
Finally, Deep Ivory archives each customer's sizing information as well as personal preferences so that the re-order process is simple.
