  • Returns for alteration

    If your shirt doesn't fit you perfectly or if you are in any way unhappy with your garment, we will make an alteration or remake the shirt. You may send the shirt back with your alterations request to:

  • The garment(s) must be returned within 1 month from the date of dispatch and must be accompanied by your original delivery note.

  • Refunds and credit notes

    Due to the custom made nature of the product, we cannot offer any refund once the order is placed. If the garment has not been made to your specifications or is faulty, we will issue a credit note for the garment(s) returned, corresponding to the total amount paid.

    The garment(s) must be returned within 1 month from the date of dispatch and must be accompanied by your original delivery note.

  • Returning garmants

    When returning an item, we recommend you obtain a Certificate of Posting stamped by your local post office (or international equivalent) or a guaranteed Recorded Delivery. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

    Unfortunately, we cannot credit or remake items damaged by the customer or in return transit (statutory rights not affected).
