Price, VAT, Import duties & Delivery

Prices shown on our website are in Pound Sterling (GBP) and are calculated depending on the option selected.
We reserve the right to change our prices without prior notice. The newest prices will be as shown on our website.

Prices are not inclusive of VAT. However, no additional amount will be added to the price quoted. VAT will not be charged for invoicing outside the EEU.

For all countries other than EC and EU, local taxes may be applied to the price shown upon delivery of the goods.

We endeavour to fulfil our orders within 2 weeks from the date we receive the measurements.
Shipment from our workshop to you may take as long as 5 working days. Allow a period of 3 weeks for your order to be delivered.

Privacy

We take your privacy seriously and will treat all of your personal information in accordance with both the Data Protect Act and Distance Selling Directive in the UK, to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully. We have a strict policy of not sharing any of our customer's details with other companies for marketing purposes.
We assume that you would prefer us not to pass your name on to other people without your consent.

The data you supply to us will enable us and our processors to fulfil your order and provide you with the best possible service.
When we process your credit card, it is sometimes necessary to share some of your Personal Data with credit reference agencies, credit card clearing agencies and fraud prevention and detection agencies.
Payment informations are not held on our servers. For security purposes, we destroy your card detailsafter your order has been fulfilled.
